Based on wikipedia site. Necromancy is a form of magic in which the practitioner seeks to summon "operative spirits" or "spirits of divination", for multiple reasons, from spiritual protection to wisdom.

So therefore, a necromancer is the one who practice necromancy. And now Grand Fantasia offers us this kind of Class.

In Grand Fantasia , a Necromancer Summons monsters to fight along with you. It also has Powerful magics that casts damages to monsters.

It is also the dark side of a wizard. It mostly summons hellhounds and lich mages. That help you kick the ass of monsters in the game.

I'd prefer this class if you love summoning magics and easy killing the enemy.
